Voices Unbound

On August 26th and 29th, we will be presenting an online performance and discussion focused on incarceration, isolation, and criminal justice reform. This theatrical event will be performed by citizens impacted by the criminal justice system in Nebraska. The performance will include classic texts addressing issues of the prison system and solitary confinement by Gwendolyn Brooks, Kate Richards O’Hare, Sophocles, Dickens, Richard Lovelace, Oscar Wilde, Dr. Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, and Sappho.
